Shea Crum
Strength and conditioning coach. Powerlifting and olympic weightlifting.
About Shea
Shea grew up in small-town Kansas, where competition and sports were the whole point. After high school he played football at Highland Community College for three years, then finished his education at Kansas State. His coaching résumé started early. Before K-State he worked with professional athletes at Landow Performance. In Manhattan he interned across the university with golf, baseball, and football, then moved to ASU to work with their football program. After that spring semester he headed to Kansas City, opened his own business, and kept coaching powerlifters. When his wife finished chiropractic school, the two moved back to Manhattan, the town where they met. Away from the platform, Shea spends his time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, and watching movies. From world-record-holding powerlifters to professional athletes and everyone in between, he takes his clients' goals seriously. Your goal is his mission.
